The 2.6 Challenge is a simple and fun way for everyone to do their bit to help save the UKs charities.

Story

Save the UK's Charities General fundraising has been hit very hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. Thousands of fundraising events have been cancelled and many charities, particularly smaller ones, are struggling to maintain services because of this huge reduction in income. This impacts all sectors of society from children to the elderly as well as the vital work in areas such as palliative care, serious diseases, mental health, housing support, food supplies and countless others that charities support.

Cancer is not stopping for Coronavirus, and CLIC Sargent's services are on the frontlline supporting our families facing cancer. Our families not only have cancer to worry about , but coronavirus too, and as such the demand for our services as been higher than ever.

My team of 26+, will all be taking on the challenge of participating in 26 minutes of their chosen exercise, to raise money and awareness for CLIC Sargent. The exercises opted for will be noted below:

Ashley - 26 minutes of Burpees (lol)

Evie - 26 minutes of Squats

Kara - 26 minutes Lunges

Mum - 26 laps from the house to the road end (5 miles)

Granny - 26 laps of the Garden

Christina, Jonathon and Kiddies - 26 laps of the house!

Please donate whatever you can to help CLIC Sargent continue to support children and young people with cancer <3
