Welcome to Depaul's New Year Fitness Challenge! This 30 day challenge is designed to help you reach your New Years' resolutions and raise vital funds for people experiencing homelessness.

Story

On the 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th of January I'll be doing a 5km time trail run for Depaul, hopefully improving my finishing time each week!

I'm doing this because I believe in a society where everyone has a place to call home and a stake in their community. Depaul works with hard to reach groups -  the most marginalised people in homelessness. Many of the people Depaul work with have underlying conditions and their risk of becoming seriously ill from Coivd-19, if contracted, is very high. Since March of last year Depaul has been protecting medically vulnerable people who are homeless in three shielding units throughout Dublin's city centre.

Join me in supporting people who are homeless at this challenging time by sponsoring my runs. I'll be posting regular updates here via Strava to keep me honest!
