<p>Hi friends -</p> <p>As some of you know, UK Volunteer Service accepted me for a placement in Ethiopia.&nbsp; I expect to hit the ground in October 2011, and stay for 6 months.</p> <p>I'll be working with a teachers college 3-4 hours drive south of the capital Addis Ababa, near a town called Hosaena&nbsp; (http://amap.to/8mybk)&nbsp;&nbsp; The role includes some technical work (setup of IT infrastructure), and training staff in computers and technology.</p> <p>I would like to raise some funds for VSO, the organisation sending me.&nbsp; Any donations will automatically be forwarded to VSO for use in future projects. 900 GBP is the goal.</p> <p>Thanks for all your support !</p> <p>Here's the blurb for this fundraising website :</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
