Working in Partnership with Clitheroe Wolves, RVCST are helping to raise funds for the restoration and refurbishment of the pavilion building and improvements to car parking at Highmoor Playing Fields, Clitheroe.

Story

On Saturday 11th May 2019, the U14 Clitheroe Wolves Blue Team will be walking from Barley to the summit of Pendle Hill and end at Highmoor (10 miles) followed by a football match/penalty shootout to support the Highmoor fund. Please support the team in their efforts to raise their target of £500.

Ribble Valley Community Sports Trust are working in partnership with Clitheroe Wolves to restore the pavilion building and improve car parking provision at Highmoor Playing Fields, Clitheroe. The new pavilion will not only serve as changing rooms for football games but also benefit other sporting, educational and social purposes for the whole community. The muddy areas currently used for parking will be reinforced with a permeable reinforcement mesh to prevent vehicles from getting stuck in the mud. Every penny and every pledge we get helps show potential funders how much our community supports the project and increases our chances of gaining the significant funding to make this facility as great as the town deserves. Your donation could be the one that unlocks major funding for our town so please spare 5 minutes and pledge today! We want this to happen as much as you do, hence this appeal. If we, together, meet our targets, construction will commence this year. Thank you!
