In May i was made Chairman of Daventry District Council which was a great honour personally.Having had a interest in Health and Housing issues over the 18 years of being a Cllr,I have chosen the Friends of Danetre Hospital as my nominated charity for the year and will be holding a series of events and raffles etc for this excellent local cause.Having had several recent Family experiences in Hospitals,I know that every Pound raised will make a difference to Patients,Staff & relatives using Danetre Hospital enabling the current High standards set and the dignity of the Patients with exceptional care to be maintained for those in need. Two more events have been organised on the 27th Feb a Car Treasure Hunt as well as a St Georges Day raffle with £500 as First prize e-mail chairman@daventrydc.gov.uk for details
