Story

I'm not a natural runner (think Phoebe from Friends!) and never saw the appeal until life got busy and I needed a quick and easy exercise! I did Couchto5k and then ran a 10k in March 2018.

My next challenge is the Bath Half ... I'm raising funds for the Wiltshire Air Ambulance ... they are a fantastic, life-saving charity run by fantastic people!
