Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In April 2017 The Co-op Group launched its Bright Future programme, which offers the opportunity of a paid work placement and a job in our food business to those who have been rescued from modern slavery.

The people we’re working with have been through terrible ordeals and we want to make sure that what we’re doing is right for them and makes a difference to their lives - but is also sustainable.

Hope for Justice is a charity supporting our Bright Future project as part of our modern slavery campaign. We will be walking 13.5 miles on 12th July 2018 from Co-op Group HQ at Angel Square, Manchester to the Pioneer Museum in Rochdale to raise funds for Hope for Justice. Please support us and draw attention to need to stop modern slavery and offer victims the right support to become survivors!!
