In aid of the Co-operative charity of the year - Carers Trust, 3 young(ish) men at the Co-operative's Food IT department have collaborated to do a 980 mile bike ride from Lands End to John O'Groats. The journey will be over 10 days.

These masochistic souls are: Barry Morgan, Matt Smith, Steve Ashworth and Mark Smith. Together, they are the Co-operative Charity Cyclists (Team CCC), and during this trip we will be supported along the way by Craig Hughes and Sandy Hallyburton as support drivers!

The ride will be taking place from the 13th of June, up to and including the 22nd of June.

During the event, the team will be providing you all with regular updates via Twitter and Facebook detailing how we are getting on.
