We want to live in a world free from slavery

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page.

The Co-op Policy & Campaigns team, joined by a couple of friends from Co-op Property are taking on a 13.3 mile walk from the Co-op Support Centre in Manchester to the Rochdale Pioneers Museum - the birthplace of Co-operation.

We're raising money for Hope for Justice, one of the charities we're working with through our Bright Future Programme as part of our campaign against modern slavery. Hope for Justice rescue and support people who have fallen victim to modern slavery.

The Co-op's Bright Future programme offers victims of modern slavery a paid work placement and the opportunity of a job in our business to help them to rebuild their lives. We're working with a number of charities and other businesses to roll this out to even more people.

13.3 miles is a LONG way - that's over 130 miles between the team so please sponsor us and keep your fingers crossed for a bit of sunshine on the day!
