10th October is World Mental health Day
So a group of coaches have come together to offer our listening ears, support, patience and compassion.
It sounds so simple but being heard in a safe, non-judgmental way
enables my clients to explore what is really happening for them right now and can be truly life changing. I will support you in discovering what you want to be different in your life, what actions can be taken and together we can turn the fear of the uncertain into the excitement of the possible.
