13 members of the Cockburn Lucas team are walking 1,411 miles which is the distance from West Bridgford Nottingham to Alvor in the Algarve Portugal throughout the month of September. We are doing this to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis due to a family member being born with the condition during lock down. Portugal, as this is a place very close to the families heart. We would like to raise a pound per mile so please help us achieve this by sponsoring us. Thank you

Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a genetic condition which causes sticky mucus to build up in the lungs and digestive system. It affects more than 10,800 people in the UK. One in 25 of us carries the faulty gene that causes it, usually without knowing. Cystic fibrosis comes with challenges, affecting our physical health, mental wellbeing and how we choose to live our lives.
