We provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. We won't give up until
everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support
and respect.

We believe no-one should have to face a mental health problem alone. We’ll listen, give you support and advice, and fight your corner.
We as a team are supporting Mind for the tremendous work and effort they put into helping people with mental health issues. Some of us have received support from their team, and its a reason for us to give back. #itsoktonotbeok.
Dan: As a long time previous sufferer and listener to people with anxiety and panic attacks I thought it was a great time to do something for such a fabulous cause. It really does help doing these things for such great causes - making sure nobody else has to feel those things or enabling them to talk things through with people who can truly help. There are more people out there who seriously have been through it more than I thought and can help you through it.....all you have to do is make that 1st step. Just seeing the highs after really did help me through such a horrible patch, loved ones, friends and most of all family were there to help even though I did not tell them all! Glad to have them all around....👊
Also such a great cause for the fact of someone so close (my grandparent) who went through and still going through dementia. To see such a disease, take over and change a person through and through to the point you don’t recognise that person so much is crazy; not just for myself but a whole family is truly heart breaking!! But the care she has received from family and people outside (care homes) has been fantastic. Cannot describe in words the things people etc have
done to help!!
Would be great to raise money and help the people who help those and raise some awareness so that maybe one day in future we can help and stop these diseases/problems and maybe put an end to them!
👊MIND!
Donica: I’ve learnt lots about Mind and the important work they do supporting people with mental illness and their rehabilitation. Nobody is immune to mental illness and it can affect any one of us at any time. Having volunteered for Birmingham Mind recently I am pleased the team have chosen to support this charity whose services are more and more in demand.
Stacey: Several of my friends have suffered with mental health problems over the years, and without the support of organisations such as MIND, they wouldn’t be where they are today. I believe that we shouldn’t be embarrassed, upset or ashamed to talk about mental health, it affects us all, and we need to work harder to remove the stigma attached to it. I know its ok to not be ok now, and that’s a strong message we should all be promoting.
