We are  5 middle aged blokes (4 cyclists and 1 valued van driver) who want to give something back to life limited children while we have 'fun' traversing the UK over 2 weeks in June and July 2021. The team names are Steve Hall, Tony Ward, Pete Butterwick, Richard Whall and our driver to move our kit each day, Steve Hathaway. We are using a safe route avoiding A roads where possible, but this unfortunately increases the hills and miles to around a 1000. We will be cycling around 70 miles a day (96 longest day) over 14 days from 27/6/21 - 10/7/21.

Rainbows hospice for children and young people supports over 450 families, we provide vital care and support to families impacted by life-limiting conditions, offering end of life care, symptom management, short breaks and respite care. We are also there to support parents and siblings through their bereavement. We offer vital medical care for our children and young people but also offer a lot more. We strive to make every day for every children and young person as wonderful as it can be and help the families to make treasured, happy memories, full of smiles and laughter in the time that they have. We encourage, support and help enable our children and young people to live life to the full no matter how short that life may be. It cost 6.5 million to keep our doors open and we only receive around 15 % from government funding so the majority of our funding is kindly donated and fundraised by the general public.
