I am running for Mind as mental illness has played a big part in my life. I have suffered with mental illness and growing up many of my friends and family have tackled the everyday struggles of living and fighting with a mental illness. As a teenager I have experienced first-hand the modern day battles many people my age have faced and continue to fight against. I want to raise money for those who suffer in silence or don't know who to turn to because in the fight against mental illness everyone deserves to be heard. 

The work that Mind do is amazing, and to give you an idea of where the money that we'll raise together goes...

--> £15 could fund someone experiencing mental health problems to attend a group therapy session
--> £7.60 could offer a lifeline to someone in desperate need of support from Mind's Info and Legal Helplines
--> £21 could fund an hour of Elefriends, Mind's amazing and vital online community that provides peer support to tens of thousands of people

If you cannot donate but can share this page to other people you know then that would be greatly appreciated.This is my first big run for charity but would love to do more in the future to help those in need.
