Story
A year ago I left my home because of Domestic Violence. I am very lucky because I have great friends and THE MOST AMAZING FAMILY who took me and the girls in, looked after us and helped me to get back on my feet.
Some people don't have this support and feel that they have to stay in an abusive relationship.
Solace provides life-saving services to survivors of abuse and violence.
Holly, Erin and I are taking on the #solace40 , in the month of January we will run 40 miles (each) to raise money and awareness for this amazing charity.
I know it is a hard time for everyone but if you can then please donate, every penny helps.
Now I just have to learn how to run and breathe at the same time 🤣
