Story
This October, I'm taking on the 100 Miles in October challenge in support of the National Autistic Society.
For anyone that knows me you will know running is not my thing! But equally you may know that autism is something that I am learning a lot about as we navigate the children’s lives. The National Autistic Society has been so helpful to me and is helping to raise the profile of autism not needing to be something that needs to be fixed.
I’m biased but my kids are fantastic and i really want to help towards creating a world that recognises that and celebrates neurodiversity!
So in October I will be running/ walking/cycling 100 miles to raise vital funds for this brilliant society- any sponsorship would be much appreciated!
The National Autistic Society supports the 700,000 autistic people in the UK and their families through specialist schools, campaigning for better rights and services, and helping organisations become more autism friendly. Their work is transforming lives and changing attitudes every day.
Any donation, big or small, would mean so much. Not only will it help keep me motivated throughout the challenge, but it will also support the National Autistic Society's work to create a society that works for all autistic people and their families. Thank you for your support 💜
