At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

My maternal grandmother suffered from dementia and while I was too young to remember much of it, I know that my mum and her sister bore the brunt of caring for her during that time.

I have chosen to ride for Alzheimer's Society because they are a leading dementia support charity. Not only do they provide practical and emotional support to help people live well with dementia, they are investing in world-class research with the ultimate goal of finding a cure.
