Retina UK Tandem Cycling Challenge · 11 October 2019

Retina UK is the only UK charity dedicated solely to working for people affected by inherited sight loss. We fund medical research to accelerate the search for treatments for the future, and provide information and support to help people lead better lives today.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We're cycling 100 miles along Hadrian's Cycleway to raise funds for Retina UK. This is a cause close to both our hearts - Deborah works for the charity and Colin has Usher syndrome and has been a supporter for many years, as well as running the Northern Alliance VIP Group in Newcastle.

Our original plan had been to cycle together, but it turns out that Deborah's far too weedy to pilot a tandem! So Colin will now be piloted by Chris, and Deborah by Simon.

Please give what you can to show your support and give us the motivation to get up those hills (and avoid those ditches/trees/potholes)...thank you so much! :-)
