The record for completing the 95 mile long West Highland Way is just over 13h 41m.  Whilst we may just miss this target, completing it in 4 days will still be a pretty tough challenge.   I completed it over 27 years ago and  took  6 days  so what I have just agreed to may be madness.  Raising money for the Brittle Bone Society though will give us a great goal and I may even know a lot more about Growth Hormone at the end of the trip!
