Last year i watched my grandson, son in law and daughter run the Manchester 10k. I have been spending a lot of time in the gym and working on my temple of a body and am very proud of the weight i have lost and fitness levels i have achieved.

It was an easy choice to make when deciding who to fundraise for ..... I have chosen Motor Neurone Disease and the Cheshire East Hospice. In the memory of my dear friend Janet Mansfield.
