As part of my ongoing mid life crisis, I've foolishly put my name down for this years Berlin marathon, this will be my second marathon this year, after completing the Dusseldorf course in just under the 4 hour mark. I'm aiming to better that time in Berlin, remember even a second faster is an improvement and I am nearly 42 now!!!!!!!!!!!

I have chosen the ABF as my charity, mainly because of the excellent work and support that they provide to those most in need and their families nmatter where in the country they are located, where as other charities are more geographically focused. 

After 24 years in the Army, I'm fast approaching the end of my military career and would like, with your kind assistance to give something back to an excellent charity that has provided unwavering support to service personnel and their families, even when it was unfashionable to do so.
