Story

My dad was diagnosed with MND in April 2020. He was a very fit man, still working and to see him today it’s heartbreaking to see how this horrendous disease has taken hold of him in such a short time it’s been horrible watching and being unable to help. So during January I decided to join My Name’5 Doddie challenge in the Edinburgh team and committed to walk 253miles which is the distance a return trip would be to visit my dad in Dyce just outside Aberdeen. My wee legs completed this on 31st January.

There’s been a breakthrough in the cause of MND and there’s never been a better time to donate to help the brilliant researchers/scientists find a cure for this debilitating and horrible disease. Thank you.
