Mental health has come a long way but too many of us still have to fight to get help. There was already a mental health emergency before coronavirus. But the pandemic has increased the scale of need in the nation’s mental health. Together we fight - for support, for respect. for you.

We will be kayaking from Fort William to Inverness, 68 miles from West to East in freezing tempretures including Loch Ness, wild camping for the 5 days it will take So please dig deep and donate now.
