During Ramadan my Muslim friends and colleagues are fasting. They have challenged me and others to observe one fast day on 19 April 2023. They reckon I am not going to find it easy! I will be coached through the day by a buddy who is fasting for Ramadan.

I am doing this under Fieldfisher’s One Firm Action campaign to raise funds for Papyrus. Every pound raised will be matched by the firm.
