Isla Holliday was born with a rare genetic disease. The Rainbow Trust Children's Charity was instrumental in supporting Isla and, in her memory, the family, spearheaded by her Mum, Kelly, has been fundraising tirelessly via an initiative called Team Isla.

My contribution will be to attract sponsorship for rowing the equivalent of a return cross-(English) Channel distance on a Concept 2 indoor rowing machine.

That means I'll be rowing about 42 miles non-stop on Sunday 13th. October with the kind support of Intrim Fitness, Workington.
