To mark World Suicide Prevention Day, we are inviting those in our community to enter teams of 4 to take part in a walking relay through the market towns of Norfolk and Waveney.

The Community Action Norfolk team will be walking from Swaffham to Dereham on the 12th September - this is around 12 miles!
