Both NHS community mental health team and third sector organizations; Community Links and Touchstone, have come together to fundraise for this amazing cause. 

We are pushing ourselves to the limit, both physically and mentally to complete the challenge of Total Warrior 12k. The challenge will consist off 25 obstacle courses, which involves a lot of mud, ice and fire!

Training will consist of blood, sweat and tears however it will be worth it to reach our target for Alzheimer's Research UK to support them to fund and deliver pioneering to understand dementia and drive us towards better diagnosis, prevention and treatments.
