We are a registered mental health charity (No. 701982) that supports people with their mental health and wellbeing, across the Bradford district, Craven and surrounding areas, to move forward in their recovery and live independent, fulfilling lives.

Story

On the 19th August a team from Comply Direct will be taking on the Wharfedale three peak challenge. This 21 mile walk is centred around the village of Kettlewell and covers the three summits of Great Whernside, Buckden Pike and Birks Fell.

Unlike the Yorkshire Three Peaks, the Wharfedale walk lacks purpose built paths and instead will take our team over bogs, moorland and farmland on a combination of footpaths, farm tracks and sometimes no tracks at all. For this reason, it is believed that this challenge is harder than the more well know Yorkshire Three Peaks.

We are raising money for The Cellar Trust, who support people struggling with their mental health, across the Bradford district to move forward in their recovery and live independent, fulfilling lives. Everyone has mental health, and our state of health can change at any time. The charity support people when they are facing challenges to empower them to move forward.

We know everyone is feeling the pinch at the minute, but if you could spare any donations we'd hugely appreciate it.

Thank you!
