R.E.D. January is a movement helping raise awareness and support for Mental Health through the power of exercise.
Seven members of the Congleton Harriers will be running, walking or cycling for a challenging 31 consecutive days, all at varying distances and all for one key goal; to help give those experiencing mental health problems the support and respect they deserve.
Together, we can help turn January from blue to R.E.D.

Vicii - Will R.E.D. a minimum of 1 mile
