Story

In August I'm running Connemara 100 mile race in aid of Mount Carmel House in Callan, Co Kilkenny. This provides great support to elderly people locally and in the surrounding areas of Callan.

What is the Connemara 100 Mile Ultramarathon?
The Connemara 100 race takes place on the 12/13th August 2017 and requires participants to run 100 miles through Connemara.
Starting in Clifden, the initial stages of the race go through Letterfrack, Leitirgeish, the Inagh Valley, Maan Cross, Leenane.
The the course goes through the Inagh Valley again and on to Roundstone, Ballyconeely and eventually back to Clifden to complete 100miles.

The course has a 30-hour time limit for completion.
