Story
I've worked at Headway East London for the past 3 years, I often describe it as like finding my dream job by accident as I knew nothing about the charity or brain injury when I applied.
Since I first set foot in the Day Centre in Haggerston I've felt right at home and it's been a privilege to get to know so many amazing people. Working in the art studio, Submit to Love Studios (www.submittolovestudios.org), with so many talented artists is an inspiration every day.
I'm not a runner or a sportsperson so this is my way of giving a little bit back to the community - I've had a lot of hairstyles over the years but this might be my boldest one yet!
On Saturday October 27th 2018 I will shave off my hair and go bald for brain injury. If you think this is worth sponsoring then I would really appreciate your support.

Headway East London is a charity supporting people affected by brain injury. Working across 13 London boroughs, last year it supported over 650 survivors, family, friends and carers each week. There are many different causes of brain injury and its effects are wide-ranging and complex.
