Story

I have taken on the challenge in cycling from Lands End to John o ‘Groats in Sept 2021 (postponed from May 2021). We’re talking close to 1000 miles, over 9 days! (Before embarking on this challenge, I could just about cycle 50miles a week to work and back!) So big thanks for supporting me in this crazy challenge!! It’s been a challenging year for all, so any pennies will be welcome to support Back Up.

Back Up services include mentoring, wheelchair skills training and activity courses as well as support in getting back to work or school after an injury. We provide peer led tailored support to help people adjust to a spinal cord injury and inspire independence and confidence for a positive future.
