Hospice supporters and friends Mark Irlam and Louisa Mayor were due to take on the Great North Run on Sunday 13th September. Like many other mass participation events this year, the run was unfortunately cancelled leaving Mark and Louisa wondering how they could still support their local Hospice and get the whole community involved. For their challenge they will be running 13.1 miles and are urging others to join them by completing their own challenge. Choose your distance, choose your activity and decide whether you would like to complete your challenge in one day or spread over two days It is up to you! If you would prefer not to take part in a physical activity then join the fun by baking, hosting a raffle, or getting creative in your own way.
