Story

Back in October I injured my knee playing a game of rugby this forced me to miss the rest of the season for both the uni team and my club. I never realised how important rugby was for my mental health. Not being able to play took away an important release for all my stress and also with it being a knee injury I’ve found it hard to stay active causing me to gain weight ( the nights out and trips to the pie shop at 3am haven’t helped ). Since I am trying to get back to playing rugby and lose a bit if timber I thought it would be a good idea to set myself a goal. As many of you who know me will know I hate running, but if I’m gonna get fit I might as well raise some money for a cause that’s actually quite close to my heart. Any donations are greatly appreciated and I promise I will do the 10K in a decent time.
