At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

Hi, thank you for visiting my page.

On the 17th/18th February 2018, Tom and I will be participating in the Sussex Student Jailbreak Event! This event was organised the Raising And Giving (RAG) Society at Sussex University. The goal of this is to get as far away from Sussex University Campus as possible within 36 hours without spending any of our own money.

There are many other teams taking part in this event alongside us, each raising money for their selected charities, we decided on Alzheimer's Society.

Please donate as much as you can as it is going to a worthy cause and every penny is appreciated.

About the charity: Alzheimer's Society aims to invest in research into dementia care, cause, cure and prevention. They have spent 89p for every £1 they raised on improving the lives of people with dementia, the other 11p went towards generating future income.
