I am raising money for Marie curie in memory of a fellow running friend and member of the swift’s Andrew sturges. Andrew passed away in 2020 from cancer and worked for Marie curie as a chef.

I am also raising money for this charity in memory of my foster mum who passed away early this year from cancer. She gave her life to so many young people and changed so many life’s she was looked after by this charity until the end.

What a great was to remember both there legacy’s.

I’m planning several events as well as runs through out my training plan.

First race will be the Birmingham 10km on the 1st May 

Birmingham Black Country half Marathon 2nd July 22

Common Wealth Games virtual Marathon (28th July - 27th August)

Charity crazy golf tournament & bake sale/ raffle Wednesday 7th September 22
