100K in November · 1 November 2020

We are the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) and we're leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.

Story

Over the next month, with a second lockdown imposed, things will be tough mentally for a lot of people. I believe exercise is a great way to stay on top of your mental health, hence why I'm going to run 100K over the course of November. Hopefully this encourages some of you to get out and enjoy some fresh air during these strange times.

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK. Anyone can hit crisis point. CALM run a free and confidential helpline and webchat 7 hours a day, 7 days a week for anyone who needs to talk about life's problems.

Please donate anything you can, it is greatly appreciated and will be going to a fantastic cause!
