At the start of next year, I will be heading to India with one of my good friends to participate in a Rickshaw race with an overall goal of raising some money for a good cause along the way.

We aim to cover roughly 2,500km in 13 days in our trusty 4-gear, 145cc rickshaw with a top speed of 55km/ph. Rickshaws are fraught with mechanical breakdowns, making the journey even more exciting. To mitigate the devastating impacts petrol vehicles have on the environment and raise awareness for a dam good organisation, we have chosen to raise some money for Cool Earth. Cool Earth is an environmental warrior fighting deforestation, protecting rainforests and campaigning for climate action.

No journey is without complications, and trying to cover 2,500km in a rickshaw exponentially increases those odds. To encourage you to donate some money, we will update this page with our progress, breakdowns and potential arguments. Get donating and stay tuned. More coming later this year!
