Hey there! Big news—I'm diving headfirst into a new adventure and it's all for an amazing cause.

If you know me, you know my love for combat sports runs deep. But this time, I'm taking it up a notch and stepping into the ring for my very first fight.

Ultra White Collar Boxing (UWCB) is at the heart of this journey. Starting in 2009 with that first electric event in Derby, it sparked a white collar boxing frenzy across the UK. Since then, we've hosted events in over 100 towns and cities in the UK, and we're even spreading the fire to Australia and Canada, with the USA in our sights.

Why this path? Well, I've teamed up with the awesome Men's Shed charity. They're all about fighting the loneliness and isolation that men can often face. And let me tell you, the minute I learned about the incredible work they do, there was no doubt in my mind that they were the ones I wanted to champion.

What's Men's Shed all about? It's more than just a place—it's a community. These "sheds" are spaces that encourage both physical and mental well-being. They're all about connection, creativity, and sharing skills. And get this: they're not just for guys—about a third of the sheds involve women, and there are even all-women sheds.

The reason I'm so passionate about this? Well, life has thrown its curveballs at me, just like it does for everyone. I've seen friends struggle and lost a few along the way. Men's Shed UK could've made a real difference in their lives.
