Story

Hello Folks, this October I'm taking on the 100 Miles in October for Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM).

CALM exists to support everyone through the messy, beautiful reality of being human.

They make suicide prevention part of people’s daily lives.

From their life-saving helpline, through to their practical tips, advice and resources - all their tools are designed to help you look after yourself and the people you care about.

We all know someone who is affected by their mental health during day to day life, CALM are there to spread the message that It’s Ok To Not Be Ok.

And by taking on 100 Miles in October, I'm playing my part in uniting against suicide.

Every £12.20 I raise could pay for a life-saving call to CALM's suicide prevention helpline. Helping more people to see a way forward.

Every donation whether small or large is appreciated, and I thank you all for joining me on this journey throughout October and more importantly thank you for joining me in uniting against suicide.
