Story

30% of the sponsorship that I collect (up to the cost of my entry fee) will be reimbursed. This means that Macmillan receives 70% or more of my sponsorship.

After university and a stressful final year I had lost weight and was mentally and physically exhausted. I decided that I would try to improve my health and fitness. I started with a 5k, then a 10k, then added gym workouts and even a marathon! I have made it part of my goals this year to continue raising money for good causes while I continue pushing myself! I believe exercise in any form helps you battle through stress, it may just be a short walk or an ultra-marathon, whatever is right for you!

I have decided to pick a charity that is close to my heart and helps soo many people during the toughest of times! I may not be able to do the awesome work of supporting people like MacMillian do but I can push myself to complete various endurance sports to raise money for those who can!

Cancer research and support is an extremely important cause which has affected many of us! I personally have had a few family members suffer from cancer and so this is very important to me! The help MacMillian provides people in these situations and their loved ones is incredible please give what you can, it will be very much appreciated!

For updates on how i'm suffering suffering through my Ironman training, feel free to ask - I will happily talk for ages! For my attempt at staying positive there's instagram: https://www.instagram.com/logicallylee/
