I have decided to run this years Great North witha  work colleague in oredr to support this wonderful cause CLIC Sargent.

Myself and kai Banholzer will take on the 13.1mile course in September and will are trying to raise as much as we can along the way.

I lost my dad just over 5 years ago have wanted to do something tin oredr to give something back towards trying to beat this horrendous disease which takes no prisoners and has no regard for anyone it comes into contact with.
