War and conflict has forced millions of people to find refuge in places where they can't legally work. Talent Beyond Boundaries changes lives by connecting skilled refugees with international job opportunities.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm determined to complete the Three Peaks Challenge in the UK - climbing the three highest peaks in Scotland, Wales and England across the weekend of 22 & 23 June. 

My work - IRESS - is raising money for its foundation - the IRESS Foundation - to distribute to Talent Beyond Boundaries, which connects talented refugees with businesses such as ours. Earlier this year, we became the first company in the world under the initiative, employing two Syrian refugees as software engineers in our Sydney and Melbourne offices.
