CHEMOTHERAPY OUTREACH SUPPORT SERVICE - The chemotherapy support service was set up to enable cancer patients to receive their chemotherapy and support closer to home, preventing long journeys at a time when they may feel unwell. Donations will go exclusively to the Chemotherapy Support Service.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My Dad, Nigel Brooking, died at the age of 41 from Penile Cancer. It is rare for some one of his age to get this particular cancer, usually the preserve of men considerably older.

I have chosen this unusual challenge of crawling 4 miles from Malborough to Kingsbridge, in memory of my dad who also did this crawl some 24 years ago.

I am hoping that through this event on Saturday 26 January 2013, I will not only raise more money than he did for my chosen charities, St Lukes Hospice where my father died on that day ten years previously and the Outreach Chemotherapy Project which enables people in the South Hams to receive treatment and support closer to home but that I will also lift the profile of Penile Cancer.

Please support me by donating now. Many thanks.
