I am doing this sponsored 15,000ft tandem skydive on the 28th July,  because speaking from experience and that of friends and family who have have experienced mental health issues, I know how distressing it is whilst they are going through their episode.  

Instead of just talking about it, I want to make a huge difference to my local mental health service, but also to experience the thrill of skydiving once again.  I would love to make as much money for the charity. 

Rochdale and District Mind is an independent Charity run by local people, for local people meaning that every donation large or small given to us will help residents in our area. We help anyone living Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale who have mental health problems by Psychological help, Support groups, Art and Creative sessions alongside our Comple@t Cafe and Growth Project (Allotment). Donations are vital to us at this very difficult time and we are grateful for ANY donation large or small. Thank you for supporting us, we are very grateful.
