On the 20th March I will be running the Brentwood Half Marathon for Cardiac Risk in the Young in memory of my very good friend's sister - Annie Edwards. 

Annie died of what is currently classified as "sudden death syndrome", a term used for a type of cardiac arrest. Cardiac Risk in the Young's amazing efforts, aim to reduce the frequency of these deaths, and support those who have been diagnosed with potentially life threatening heart conditions.
