My aim is to raise as much money for F12 and F6 wards at West Suffolk hospital to say thank you to the kind doctors and nurses who has helped nearly 300 people during this pandemic.

On the 31st July I am going to walk from bakers mill in great cornard through to the top of melford band back via the valley walk.

This is going to be about 14 miles equivalent distance between sudbury and bury st Edmunds, we thank you for any donations
