On the morning of the 3rd October 2021, whilst many are kneading that 1st fried dumpling, getting ready to attend church or just getting in from a night on the town, I'll be stretching for the London Marathon. 

This will be my 2nd Marathon and  I already get excited when I imagine crossing that finish line after completing 26.2 miles on foot. My goal is to finish within 5 and a 1/2 hours.

This is a personal challenge of endurance and breaking barriers but also a great opportunity to raise money and awareness for two UK registered charities.
