I am a Children's Services Practitioner from the Young Witness Service, NSPCC. As part of the lead up to Childhood Day on 26th June, my colleagues and I have decided to take on a 26 Day Functional Fitness challenge and would love you to join us! 

Every day at 10:26am we will be completing a Home Workout for you to participate in Live or catch up on later to raise funds for our beloved NSPCC who do great work in supporting the lives of our Children and Young People. So whether it's the cost of your elevenses coffee or your usual gym class contribution, every penny is appreciated and going towards the continued work and support of a great Charity.
