The Royal Free London NHS is made up of the most amazing people who are being asked to put themselves and their families after our loved ones as they cope to care for patients. I am showing them that I appreciate all they do. Help provide the support they need, whether this is snacks and refreshments on hand during shifts, sleep pods if they cannot go home as there are vulnerable family members there or therapy support to help them cope with stress and anxiety. We are asking all NHS staff to put themselves at the front line. These are our sons and daughters caring for our sons and daughters, parents and grandparents. Please give generously so that we can provide the support system they need personally to cope. Their wellbeing is in your hands.
